On Wednesday after school the football team played a friendly against Woodland. Both teams played well and showed a great deal of perseverance and team work. The final score was 6-2 to Butterknowle. Well done!
On Thursday the children took part in a range of Red nose day activities at lunchtime run by the school council and Mrs Davi Davison.
Butterknowle School is consulting on the possibility of becoming a federation along with Woodland and Frosterley. Please see attached documents for further information.
At Butterknowle we are warming up this Monday morning with the Joe Wicks workout. What a great way to start the day! It is a shame that Mr Adams and Mrs Marshall are just out of shot.
Along with home schooling we have had such fun playing in the snow, feeding the birds and pheasant that always returns and sledging.
